Our Last week in Taos

Our last week in Taos was a good one. We did our very favorite things, one last time. Two of those things were:
FAMILY MOUNTAIN BIKING
We put Carter in the little baby seat and Lauren rides a tag-a-long behind me and off we go. Kennan's ride consists of Carter saying "Bumpy Daddy, bumpy" or "Go fast-wer Daddy!". My ride consists of Lauren squealing with delight or singing. I think that I get the better partner.

HIKING AT TAOS SKI VALLEY

I took this picture on the drive up to the Ski Valley. Lauren was leaning out the window (as much as her seat belt would allow) singing at the top of her lungs. Poor Lauren inherited my screeching ability (a.k.a. singing ability) but her clever, impromptu song-writing skills make up for any voice deficiencies.

We rode the ski lift up the mountain and hiked down. The kids thought it was great to hike down one of their favorite runs.

Taos looks like a fun place! Your kids are looking cuter than ever! How are you liking Colorado? We love it. Are you settled yet?

Ahhh! What a wonderful place to have lived for a year. Lauren looks like a pro-biker with her helmet and glasses. Jared found a potential job close to Grand Junction. It would be so much fun to live that close to you guys again. We will see what happens!

Angie!! I did not know you were blogging (found you through Erin's blog)! Now I can keep tabs on all your fun adventures and your adorable family. I hope your move goes well and that you love having a "real" job! Keith has had 4 paychecks so far and I must say, it sure beats residency. :) Good luck!!!!

What happened to the 'scary bird' video? I just saw it on my google reader, but it looks like you pulled it from the actual site. I guess Kennan wasn't kidding.

We had a great weekend...Thanks! Already lookin' forward to the next time.
